My Story

Hi, I’m Katrina, the founder of Your PM Path, and like many of you, I started my career just trying to find stability and a better life for myself and my family.

As a Latina in the United States, I grew up living paycheck to paycheck. Money was scarce, and financial freedom felt out of reach. So I did what society told me to do: I went to college, became a first-generation graduate, and landed what was supposed to be a “good” job with benefits and 401k matching.

But here’s the truth. Those “good” jobs that were supposed to bring stability didn’t. Layoffs came, reorganizations happened, and the security I thought I had disappeared overnight.

The only thing that truly gave me stability, the one thing I could always count on, were my skills and experience as a Project Manager.

Those skills gave me the freedom to work as a freelance and contract Project Manager, even when the job market was tough. While others were struggling to find full-time roles, I was still earning a more-than-healthy income, fully remote, and fully in control of my career.

Once I realized that my experience and skills were my greatest source of stability, everything changed. I took that certainty and turned it into something bigger, building a successful business of my own.

Today, I’m the founder of 3S Success, where we help companies implement Standardized, Sustainable, and Scalable Project Management Software Solutions. Your PM Path was born as an extension of that mission, to help individuals unlock the same freedom and success that project management created for me.

I created Your PM Path because project management changed my life, and I believe it can change yours, too.
